One thing I thought was really sad was the other team would always blame their tank for being bad rather than acknowledge the other tank as being really good.

I know that sucks to see. Tanks are always the first to be blamed no matter how well they play. Its a shame and is another thing Blizzard didnt account for while making 5v5.
@imadgoku7266 it's not blizzard's fault exactly, but they are clearly well aware of the toxicity of their own community and placing so much requirement on ONE player surely would attract a lot of blame.

@@asimplewizard Even in OW 1 he wasn't a counter for good winstons. Also, off tanks usually shat on reaper anyways. Dva, Sigma, Zarya, even hog to some extent all have good tools to deal with reaper. It's just low rank mentality lol.

Not sure if Bogur already explained this but another cool thing you can do with Winston is deny heals. It's really helpful when you're fighting Doomfist like on Route 66. You may not kill him outright, but when he dives your team, (1) your team is shielded from other enemies and (2) Doomfist doesn't get any healing so his staying power is weakened. He has a much shorter window to try to get value before he needs to leave immediately or die.
I was the tank in the second game and didnt really realize it was bogur on the other team literally thought it was just a viewer with a funny name while my team yelled at me in chat that im getting hard diffed lmfao...
i genuinely used to believe monkey was boring and slow to play because his dps is low but watching this video has given me a lot more respect for monkey business.

Take a shot every time Bogur - says something related to food(feeding, cooking,...) - moves his head when ulting - complains about his healers - states something incredibly obvious - reminds us that he's from Bulgaria - mentions that he or someone else is silly - dives and completely obliterates an enemy healer

Im really loving this hero, and this guy is just so good, even though its bogar its still really impressive. Some maps r just impossible to play him on with anti dive comp or hard coms
What I think he means is: "don't go out of your way to help teammates doing stupid stuff when you can go murder the backline thus being more effective at winning"

Bogur is the reason why I don't touch quickplay when a new hero is released. I kept getting him in games when he was practising Ram and I am still traumatised. He is the great white shark of EU streamers.
I love using this video as a reference to climb. One thing I noticed you're doing that I'm not is you're not chasing supports at the cost of your ideal positioning without taking damage. I chase supports in HOPE of finishing them off myself and end up taking unnecessary damage to do so. I think that's what people call "feeding" because you're taking UNNECESSARY damage which FEEDS them ult charge. Ever since I stopped chasing low health squishies I stayed alive longer and won more games. This time watching I noted another thing. You switch your attention. You harass supports making them run AWAY from their team (mainly ana) and when they run away you switch your attention back to the tanks and damage dealers BECAUSE they temporarily don't have any healing and are vulnerable. Winston's whole kit is designed to misposition any poke composition and because his tesla cannon locks onto multiple targets he fares really well against brawl compositions as well (even though technically speaking brawl compositions counter winston). Also different supports change the way you play. If they have a brig who adds armour and can heal mercys, zens or anas you change your playstyle from support focus to harassing them and then targeting the dps and tank. With anas and zens you go for the kill on the supports and more or less ignore the dps and tank.

I swear watching people play winston vs actually playing winston is massively different, because I always see myself or teammates getting steamrolled as Winston
I am not being sarcastic… I love hearing bogur spam keys supper hard supper fast when he’s stressed. I’m pretty sure you can just hold the button down and the cd will go off frame perfect every time. But I love the clack clack clacks of panic
biggest thing I took from this. Don't give in to the gas lighting and bullying from lower rankers. They don't know what they're talking about. If they play correctly, that's great but always assume they are npcs.
Lol i love a good Winston gameplay and this guy is pretty hilarious. I can’t decide if I’m a mercy or Winston main. I play them both equally… but I gotta say a a Winston carry is satisfying as opposed to a mercy carry which is exhausting.
@@jake9854 it’s because the team usually needs a good mercy player especially if the tendency is to go Rambo mode (and dies shortly after without a good mercy). I like to play Winston on certain maps (kings row, rialto, and sometimes busan)

After watching how you play Winston. I started playing the same way. I've been winning and carrying. One game I lost bc we had Winston and 4 DPS. It's a little harder for me. Bc I'm new to playing and I dont know where all the health packs are. And there's been games where I haven't had to do much. The best tip i learned was the going in and out the bubble to kill enemies. If you get low on health. Just jump to the your back line and get healed.
