In the first 10 measures, I would do a slight accent on every 1st beat, especially in the l.h. staccato notes. Just to make it a teeny bit dramatic.

It's the Dover edition of the Grieg "Complete Lyric Pieces for Piano"

The ifrst open fifth Db-Ab has a mistake - there is no Db-A natural in m. 11.

There's another mistake in m. 19 too. The right hand is wrong. It should match the left hand.

The 2 bbs in front of a note is a double flat. Flat the note twice. Not sure if that was your question.
