I added this comment to Netflix Nordic....alexa edits, please take the time to read......steve As time goes on and we become more accustomed to this story...as I'm sure many of us out there have watched this more than once.... I had an interesting conversation on-line with a gentleman over this story.....he explained how the constitution of Sweden didn't allow for a Gay King or Queen....how there had to be an heir through regular means of marriage between a man and woman.....in essence the possibility of forcing lies, deception, blackmail and all of the other 'plots' that can result in hiding the truth. If this is the case....and I have no reason to doubt this man....then in the fight for LGBTQ+ equality, it would stand to reason this series must be the [most] important issue for our community to bring to light. More than a Cinderella story but an open and honest representation of our community at the highest levels of humanity. Kinda important don't you think? The incorporation of LGBTQ+ members in an open and free royal court...... Imagine..... Having a countries constitution changed to incorporate a LGBTQ+ member as King or Queen...to allow for a Gay monarch and allow for that monarch to have heir's through artificial insemination......designer monarchy? No more hiding and lying...no more coverups over ones sexuality. Open and free inclusion for our community......Hungary, sit up and listen....... I have no idea if there will even be a 2nd season....and if there is what the plot will be...I'm only a laymen living in the south pacific at the bottom of the globe....but I can tell you.....the plot that has been exposed thus far...is by far, the [most] important LGBTQ+ theme that has hit the airwaves. The writers of this series have 'Started a Revolution' "and how beautiful a revolution it is".
