I think I may be the only one on the planet who never watched knight rider lol! 😄 I certainly knew about it though. It was extremely popular here in the US. That’s need to know you were watching it in Ireland too. I remember Mulhare from the ghost and Mrs. Muir. Enjoyed seeing his gravesite and the cemetery. Nice tribute!
Yes he was well loved especially by the women lol. Great actor. Loved Knight rider and kit 😁. And of course as you said the ghost and Mrs muir. Daniel o'herlihy is also buried in wexford Ireland he was in a number of movies such as Halloween etc.
You have made me very happy Irish eyes. I have been a fan since a teenager. I started watching him in The Ghost and Mrs Muir in 1968-1970 with Hope Lange. Thank you. April 8 is the 99th anniversary of his Birth in Cork City. He was a gentleman in a profession of scoundrels. Played a great villain as well as a good guy. RIP you have many of us happy childhood memories.

The cemeteries there are well taken care of. You can walk without stumbling on tall grass etc. Where I come from many cemeteries are not taken care and I guess that is why I am so terrified of cemeteries (Coimetrophobia). By watching your channel....I am sloooooowly trying to overcome my phobia. Thank you Irish eyes.
It was wonderful that he was laid to rest with his family, but I kind of expected him to have his own headstone. If that was terrible of me I'm sorry, but I guess I'm used to US cemeteries.
I became a fan of knight rider about 2 months ago I started watching on reruns of the show in a Spanish channel and what a handsome man this actor was RIP Edward Mulhare ❤ I was born a couple of years after in the 90s and he sadly passed away when I was 6 or 7 years old 😢

I fell in love with him watching reruns of The Ghost and Mrs Muir. He played the Handsome Ghost Captain Daniel Gregg. He was in his 40s I believe. In fact you tube has that show and I still watch. But I've watched everything I could find he was in, movies, tv shows. He was in a lot.and of course Knight Rider. Kitt was the car name. Wow what a car. But Because Edward Mulhare was in it how could I not watch.🙂. I believe that was his last show. Yes he died in Van Nuys California. From lung cancer. He smoked. Bad habit lot Actors and Entertainers picked up. It was a Blessing he lived to be 74. My heart still beat loud when I watch reruns, movies. What a handsome man he was, even in his 70s he still had women swooning. He was Gifted, Talented and Handsome. I'd asked Sue if she had been to visit his final resting place. She said no but you was planning to go. And I've been sitting on pins and needles every since. You just made my day. I nearly cried when it started raining and Sue had to stop the live. I was at the cemetery yesterday, the grave has been cleaned the foot / headstone are polished beautifully with a little nameplate ....standing there remembering his Holywood career but he still remainded a proud corkonian and irishman...slainte Ed.. I know hasselhoff payed a visit at some stage .
Really interesting watching these videos my son loved knight rider as a little boy cemeteries fascinate me as well but I’ve warned my kids not to bury me as it frightens the life out of me the thought of being put underground
Beautiful cemetery interesting to find this actor it looks like he was in quite a lot of different things. I remember night rider. I caught Sue's last live. I came across a site I think it's called Irish genealogy it covers all the counties has photos of headstones, their inscriptions even has a few photos of memorial cards. You've probably come across it funnily enough I'd been looking at Cork and there you are.
Definitely loved him in Knight Rider. It’s a shame that his chain smoking habit of his would take him away from us. Even though he quit smoking some time before he played Devon Miles, it was just unfortunate that it would catch up to him in 1997 via lung cancer. Too bad he never got a girlfriend or had his own family either. Hopefully in Heaven, he is!
I loved knight rider.used to fight with my brother because he dident like it and he kept turning it off.till my Dad came in and turned it on for me.(i was a Daddy's girl).
Recently his gravesite has been given a stone cleaning and restoration of fencing and stone by a family member. I would love if you could revisit so we could see the restoration. Thank you.
I remember watching him in a few movies, my eldest son loved to watch night rider so I loved that car when the lights went on from side to side. Thank you for that tribute, very tastefully done. Bless you 💕🇦🇺

I love Knight Rider! I actually sat in KITT when it came to where I lived as a kid...I'll see if I can find the pic and share it with you! I have a neat little story if you haven't heard-David Hasselhoff who played Michael Knight...his ex-wife Catherine Hickland..married All My Children actor Michael E. Knight......They were married from (1992-to 2006)...strange! Great video Irish Eyes!
Did you know he was born at 22 quaker road not far from st joseph cemetery. It would have been nice if you visited that 2 in the video. I always loved edward mulhares deep voice.
Just to clarify, the cemetry is in Cork City ( near Turners Cross and Musgrave Park stadiums ( stadia?), and Edward himself was also from the city, so saying County Cork might be misleading, suggesting a rural area.
