Hello everyone, my question is if any of you have access to the soft dog to activate the video encephalogram. When I bought my electroencephalograph, it only came with the installation program. However, during this video I observe that the installation of the camera makes reference to the use of a USB with the softdog for activation and recording of video during the encephalogram. I already checked my software package and I only have an installation disk with the program but not the softdog to activate the camera. Does any of you have it and help me by sending it or sharing it to be able to activate the camera during the encephalography recording? or Where can I get it? I have a kt88 too, but it comes with a EEG18 software. I have a problem when connecting the amplifier to the usb, in that the PC doesnt recognize the amp and never shows me the message on the bottom right to find new software
