EEM2023 Ischemia Pro-Tips: De Winter T waves 

Dr. Hahn may have rapped up the last day of EEM 2023 with a mic-drop performance of STEMI-equivalents as @TheEMCMD, but he also takes us to school in identifying de Winter T wave pattern:
- Tall, symmetric broad-based T waves arising from up-sloping ST segment depression greater than 1 mm in the precordial leads.
- 0.5-1 mm reciprocal elevation in aVR may be seen
De Winter T waves are seen in approximately 2% of all LAD occlusions. Identification and/or persistence of a de Winter pattern warrants immediate cath lab activation.
