Thank you very much for this fantastic presentation. I think that such a presentation should be presented at ALL ATLS courses. Maybe you should contact ATLS course director and see if you could not include it as a reference. Needless to say that in many part of the world ultrasounds are NOT available ( in ER or after hours!). Hence the need to still learn DPL correctly. Thanks again.
