@@BrotherM1978That was due to the ANC's refusal to work with the EFF in the metros and Municipalities where they needed the EFF's. The EFF voted with opposition parties they did not work with the DA. That is why the ANC ended up working with the EFF in the Metros.

10 ministers are sufficient ie if one minister handles at least five departments. All departments have many officials viz DGs, DDGs (more than 1 per department), Chief Directors, Deputy Directors, Directors Assistant Directors, etc. Over and above there are provinces and municipalities. In other words the ANC rep has no clue how government system work. Ministers only deal with policy whilst staff develop and implement

I was in western cape in Paarl at Dal Josaphate, blue moon street last month I saw people living under the trees and those big tree branches are too dry they can fall on them anytime I asked them why they don't ask municipality/drankestein to help them to cut off those dry tree branches ,they said they have been asking municipality for several times but that municipality reject their request

Majority in parliament does not necessarily translate into brain power and influence, the ANC has been in charge since 1994; what leadership does it have and what quality leadership is in its succession plan? Guy lying through his teeth. If they were committed to reduce the cabinet they would have made compromise and swallowed the two additional Ministries. Each of Ministries cost in excess of R30 million per year. The question is; is the GNU so important such that tax payers should see plus R60 million going to additional Ministries and two deputy ministers? Is the value justified?

As a black person I have to be honest minimum wage is unrealistic. I can't start a business with my own money and the government that contributes nothing to my business expenses tells me how much I must pay people utter nonsense they must apply that in government departments because tax money I used to pay ppl not in privately owned business that receive zero subsidization
