Ok, when I saw what my heart really wants, I felt tears in my eyes and really didn't want to come back to a reality. I don't feel more peacefull and refresh. I just feel that reality is more painful...

I think this meditation technique is a very light and relax, in my opinion the best because without any the impact of religion.

I've read a lot about meditation and do it myself. Never heared about holding your breath though, it sounds forced. One deep breath is good to start with though.

i think its slow breaths. your suppose to be inhaling over a 5 second period of time and then exhale over a 5 sec period of time. Its not a quick inhale then hold
