Effective Net Area - 1 

Correct me if I'm wrong sir. If the diameter hole only I think we need to add 1/16 inch or around 1.6mm in SI but others rounded it up to 2mm to make it more conservative. And if diameter bolt was given we have to add 1/8 inch (twice of 1/16) or around 3.2mm and so others also used 4mm to get the most critical net area.

Hi sir regarding po sa area of holes, hindi po ba dapat de = db + 2 mm, not + 3 mm as per NSCP 2015. Thank you sir!
