Put first thing first What's really important to me , am i showing thats important to. me 4. Think win -win Learn from each other improve together 5. I love the comment "seek to understand, rather than be understood." It is so powerful and, while extremely difficult to implement, a beautiful way to truly love those around you. A common prayer is, "grant that I may never seek so much to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love with all my soul." I think, even if a person is not religious, or no matter their beliefs, this is such a beautiful motto to live by!

I love the book Rest by Alex Soojung-Kim Pang. It teaches how less is more when it comes to work. I always thought, and was taught by both parents and society, that to achieve things you had to push yourself to the limit. But after a depression and chronic illness diagnosis, that wasn't going to work for me. You can't punish yourself into productivity - especially if you aren't abled or neurotypical. I've also been wondering recently why i was so unmotivated, and it turned out I needed to up my antidepressant dose, not just "work harder." In addition, I realized I was EXHAUSTED and work more productively after a rest.

Hii! I'd like to share my story with y'all. Iam a 9th grader and i have always been weak in maths and since covid i lost everything i know . And i feel so useless right now seeing other kids do everything and i do not even know what the teacher is telling i feel so sad. To transition to high school, I recommend the following: - Brush up on your fundamentals (especially math because many people don't have the foundation and struggle in high school) - Have the mindset to try more things in freshman year but reflect so you can narrow down your passions and dedicate energy to achieve in those areas - Evaluate your organization and time-management skills, make improvements if that was a weak spot - Be confident in your own values and your priorities - Overall, if you had good habits in middle school, then you should adapt beautifully! That's why it's so important to set good habits as soon as possible, just like the ones in my video :) Now if anyone asks the same thing, you know what to tell them! Hey Amy, I saw that you got a 760 on the GMAT. My experience with this test (now called GMAT Focus) is that hard work is not rewarded linearly. I.e. One could study for many hours and do tons of practice problem sets but the score on GMAT does not move much. Could you please make a video on how you managed to prep for the GMAT?
