Excellent job Justin. After seeing this video I purchased your book and what an ingenious idea of using household items to make effective bottom sinkers that cut down on the snags and rerig time. Justin, that dragging rig is brilliant. I think that has to help greatly reduce snag ups and that weight is interesting. I have used a float at times about 9-12 inches above my hook to keep the bait just off the bottom and avoid snags. Works well in rocky areas and I also use a quick break sinker rig in case I get snagged up with the weight. I watch all your videos and that new trolling motor rig with Spot-Lock is amazing. I can see why it really lets you focus on fishing.

First off I just want to say I love your videos and even though I haven’t been subscribed for very long I’m pretty sure I’ve watched all of your videos a friend of mine let me borrow a small kayak and I caught my first catfish out of it and fell in love with kayak fishing and went and bought a 2016 Hobie PA 14 . Ever since then I have had the most fun fishing I think I ever have but my question for you is what kind of cameras do you use I’ve been looking to put cameras on the kayak to document my fishing trips so any feedback on what you have discovered through years of filming would be much appreciated thank you

Justin what type of fish/depth finder do you use? What is best option for getting lake maps? Depth finder with built-in maps or you mention Navionics sometimes. I believe navionics is a paid app. Love the videos and the live stream.

I caught a rod and reel on watts bar the other day. I dont think ima find the owner. But with all the people you have you may be able to find them. I reeled it in off old James ferry rd. Boat ramp. I dont know the name of the ramp but that's the rd. I posted in watts bar facebook page but you may have better luck with all the viewers you have

Have you ever messed around with planar boards? Or would they be too much of a hassle in the kayak? I use em From time to time dragging for channels here in Indy, they work pretty well. Fish on 🎣

I have a question about the trac recording feature of the iPilots primarily because I often fish tidal water. With a recorded trac, can I go back and run that trac from either end or only in the direction in which it was recorded? Thanks!

So I live and fish on lake Martin in Alabama. We do not have skipjack in our lake. So therefore would it be good for me to buy and have it shipped to me or not a good idea?

Some dealers ship them in dry ice but it is really expensive. I would just use whatever bait is native to your waters

Hey enjoyed the live chat last night, I think when I move down there I will live in a more affluent neighborhood where people don't sell their EBT cards for fireworks. Hahaha When you were talking about turtles last night and were asked if you ever caught a snapping turtle, you said no but you have caught sliders which I took to mean softshell turtles. By the time you got to my comment I think you thought I was talking about sinkers or something else. LOL That stuff is hard to read let alone answer questions, much appreciated Justin. Seven thumbs down we know who they are.
