@@Lipsasmr4 Pretty much long: I have anxiety issues. So to cure I am doing little hard core. And I love meditation ,some moments I feel relaxed ☮️. That's giving me some motivation to go, but it's not like I feel relaxed let's go ... That's something coming from in unknowingly come on lets relax 😂. Addicted. There are times I feel frustrated pain panic unwillingness , I just watch them all. I feel them disappear. What's more needed. I am getting understanding that it's all impermenant. I am dropping all my headaches and unwanted conditioning of life 😂 that's cool is not it?. It's not about how long. Initially if you try harder and build little awareness with equanimity, you feel relaxed. Then you go on and go on. 2 hrs don't matter ,4 ,10 hrs don't matter. Initially you must work hard. You suffer, but with trust that more people walking on this path become enlightened, free from their suffering, joyful,bliss,peaceful. So with trust initially work on. See yourself and understand first that you are in misery(for me anxiety), once you understand that, their must be done something to eliminate the suffering (so I try meditation and I understand little that it works and yes it relaxes). That's all
