Evolution of the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) using Zero Padding on a cosine signal of 14.5 Hz sampled at 60 Hz, therefore the frequency resolution of 30 Hz.
Due to the variant length of the signal, no optimization via FFT was used.
The continuous frequency spectrum was obtained using the sinc() function.
