Sir I have to reball rf ic of apple 6.no service on imei.ì try 3 time with hot gun at 400 no. With best flux. Ic is very hardly fix in pcb it not get out.please tell any method or chemical.

The factory have designed the new bga stations for more chips, now we are testing. After 2 weeks it's will be available.

HI Luo. I have been looking on the Ifix site for the solder paste and flux , can't find it , did I miss it or site does not sell it ? please direct me where to buy product you use. Not all solder paste and flux being sold out there is of good quality. Thanks

You can get the soldeing paste in your local market. Here we always use low temperature soldering paste.
