thats why i like EG most and disliked Secret at this tournament,this is dota,the wombo combos is what makes it different from the other kind of games such LoL
That fight bottom where EG smoked and came around is where they won. Even though Fy died at the beginning of the fight, he did something very crucial, he stole and immediately used Troll's Battle Trance. The main issue that fight was that Black^ was too far away, so he couldn't abuse the stolen Troll ulti. Pretty well played from both teams, looking forward to seeing these teams grow.
Alright....that was the most confusing fight to me .....perhaps cz the caster moved the camera away from phoenix while my attention was literally on his initation .....and then i see two ravages .....
Also it was tough to actually see where black^ was. You can watch it in the client, I think it's free. And then you can control the camera if you really want to get a more in depth look. Just a suggestion
Its not about crumbling or figuring out.. this is happening time and again in all the big tourneys. Its as though the group stages dont matter. Happened in other big tourneys too like international which has the same format. The teams which come prepared and work hard in the groups get exhausted by the time they reach knockouts. Also the results of groups dont matter for the top tier teams as they can easily get through to kockout in lb, by winning one or two games.. thus they can check out the strategies of their main competitors. Bruno was correct in saying that group stages should have more importance in the direction the tourney goes, they are just trying to milk views by increasing the number of matches.
Tried to watch this on Dota TV but there was some spanish caster going at the same time when I selected the english commentary. So had to reveal who won pretty much by seeing how many games there where. S A D B O Y Z : (
Aui tried to buy it at the side shop on Radiant safe lane. But I assume it went to his stash, not his inventory b'c he was out of range of the side shop. So he sold and re-purchased so he can buy from side shop.
Secret has more wins and better win ratio of all the games played in the tournament, but still does not get into the grand finals. The format needs a change,
