I've watched this like 10 times, it's phenomenal. This actor totally balances the rockstar confidence of Hedwig with the vulnerable moments of the storytelling. And his vocals are impeccable, even during the middle part where it's just relentless high notes.

Omg I totally agree; I’m just discovering this now. WHO IS THIS SINGER?! They’re absolutely phenomenal! Listened to the last part of the song 10 times now!!

I don't generally like covers of this as much as the JCM versions but this is excellent.

Had the pleasure of seeing JCM perform this in NYC. However, I think this performer is MUCH stronger and very much in control! Well done!
