Ingredients required for this recipe:-
For the paste:-
1 Tbsp oil
1 large chopped onion
20 - 25 gms cashew nuts
1 Small bunch spinach
Handful Coriander
For Gravy:-
80 ml oil
1 tsp carrom seeds (shah zeera)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 small tomatoe (puree)
1 tsp green chilli paste
Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
4 boiled eggs
Cooking cream
