The delicious warm anchovy broth is perfect for winter! It is called 'Janchi Guksu' means Banquet Noodles. I added more eggs. You can adjust the amount of eggs. The soup is really delicious.
Ingredient :
1. Eggs
2. Zucchini
3. Thin wheat flour noodles
4. Anchovies, kelp
5. Sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, green onion

I just googled “trudeau pop top table shaker and got a ton of hits so you should be able to find a store accessible to you. Happy shopping! They really are fun to use, and useful, since they don’t spill if you knock them over.

안그래도 명절 전에 멸치 왕창, 다시마 큰거 넣어 진하게 육수내서 당근 채썰어 아주 살짝 볶고 양파는 굵게 채썰고 노란지단 흰지단 만들어서 국수 삶아 먹었는데 역시 겨울엔 뜨끈한 국물 음식이 최고더라고요..👍 음식도 때가 있는걸 알지만 귀찮아서 그냥 비빔장만 넣고 비빔면 해 먹었는데 그게 여름엔 하루 걸러 또 먹어도 그렇게 맛있더니 찬바람부니 딱 맛이 없어지더라고요~😮‍💨😮‍💨 감기 기운 솔솔 퍼지고 있어 감기약 챙겨 먹고 약 먹으려고 밥 한술 떴는데 국수요리 보니 국수가 먹고 싶네요..🤤🤤 내일 컨디션 괜찮으면 잔치국수 해 먹을래요..😅😅 많이 춥습니다.. 옷 따시게 입고 다니시고🧣🧤 따신 식사 챙겨 드시며 감기 조심하시고 😷 항상 건강 잘 챙기시고 행복한 밤 되세요🌙⭐️💕🍀😴

@@윤회김-x7e 다시마 우릴때 포칭 온도보다 낮게 해야지 쓴맛이 안나요. 다시마 끓이면 쓴맛이 나드라구요. 165도가 포칭 이니깐... 섭씨로는 잘 모르겠어요.

I would try things like Miso paste, worcestershire sauce, any kind of dried/fermented fish, fermented fish sauce, of course someone mentioned fish bullion that will work. A little vinegar, MSG and Soy will also work. Where in the world do you live?

I would make this (delicious recipe!!) with some kind of fish bouillon or miso broth with tamari sauce, and rice noodles (since wheat for me is a no go and anchovies and kelp are not easy to get locally). Though I don't think I could rinse rice noodles like this as there's no gluten protein to make chewier with the cold rinsing. I'd just leave the noodles a bit more al dente.
