Egg packer with mechanical carton transport, denester and egg coding. Denester for all kinds of trays. One motor for the packer without clutches. Touchpanel for counters and instructions. Packer speed adjusts with egg supply. Fixed cam driven carton position. Only setup adjustment can be made on the denester, carton position and touchpanel timers.
Cam driven dropset, carton chain position and egg stamping for low friction and low energy consumption.
Energy consumption 245 watt with full denester. (20 kg. plastic trays)
Energy consumption in sleep modus 11.7 watt.
Egg supply control module 0-10V optional for non stop rodbelt supply and in sync house supply.
