Egg palak gravy is a nutritious curry recipe made with Palak (Spinach) and egg that goes well with all most anything such as rice, chappati, butter naan, parotta and roti. Here we try the Dhaba style egg palak gravy that is so popular in India with easily available ingredients. It would only take about 15-20 minutes to make this tasty curry ready. Simple and easy sabji recipe that could be made by anyone, even the beginners. For making this egg gravy, the first step is to hard boil the eggs and blanch the spinach. Then the base gravy is same as all the other Indian curry recipes using onion and ground tomato. After adding the spices and herbs, Ground palak and hard boiled eggs should be added. Until oil separates curry should be cooked in low flame.
