@@IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-q1bWhat kind of needlessly negative attitude is that? The OP is literally just experiencing that dynamic and being happy about it, and you're like "you suck for not having it already". Go take a hot bath and relax, dude. You're the problem
Tips: Don't overpour and use a GOOD pan -- med weight/ no scratches. If the eggs stick or burn it's game-over. Add a lil mayo to the eggs, the oil helps with sticking and makes them super light and less likely to tear as they twist (though it's still tricksy skill!) Use wooden chopsticks and slightly notch up the bottoms so the egg has something to grasp. Good luck, everyone!!! :)
What I love about a lot of trendy japanese steetfood is they make something special out of something simple. The high fidelity and eye for aesthetic makes all the difference.

@@paulettelamontagne6992The plastic cheese still tastes hella good… and the egg isn’t raw, it’s al dente. Most people overlook the crap out of the eggs. They taste better with some moisture still left. Try.
hear me out, what is the difference between wearing gloves than not wearing gloves I remember somebody in this cleanliness line of duty said, it is always more hygienic to work with bare hands than to use gloves. While bare hands we would frequently wash before touching and retouching anything, GLOVES on the other hand, picked up everything we touched and fell on the food.
When wearing gloves, one shouldn't be a scumbag, which unfortunately I've noticed many are in the food industry. They seem to think gloves are made out of magic Lysol or some sh!t. Gross.
The stupidest comment I have ever read, of course the gloves are changed frequently! What a way to try to confuse customers who are concerned about hygiene!
@@m.b.593that is absolutely incorrect, i've worked in a hospital for 15 years and we wear gloves for most patient contact. We also change them frequently and sanitize or wash our hands ALOT! We practice good hand hygiene with or without gloves. I don't want to know what hospital you've been to 😅
@@kat35lulu88 The key point is to turn it slowly and trust the slow cooking process, gently pull the cooked egg from the liquid. The key factor here is patience and make sure you cook on a medium-low heat.
@@kyoyaootori1104I expect the key is likely more the shape of the pan than having that particular one. You could probably do it in a small wok, but the transfer to the bowl or plate might get a bit tricky.
From watching this, I can see I did at least two things wrong - not enough egg for the size pan I used, and trying to twirl it too fast. That steady, slow turning gives it a chance to keep its shape.

Looks like Hawaiian breakfast. The Hexclad skillet is dope. I have too & find it fun. Love love love chicken Katsu. I must try the tornado technique with chopsticks. Normally we do using square skillet folding it in layers. I’m trying to learn that Korean method too. Good eats. 🤙🏽 Are those metal chopsticks? What was the timer or beeper on? I just tried in my Hexclad 10” skillet with wooden chopsticks & eggs wouldn’t cooperate with wooden chopsticks. Just curious. The technique is harder than it looks. Then again it maybe type of chopsticks.
also wondering this, pretty much every grocery store has a huge cheese section? and usually includes lots of imported cheese. but people think we're all eating Kraft singles lol

Weeded rice with eggs and Puerto Rico when we’re broke and we don’t have meat in the fridge. I’ve never tried eating rice for breakfast. Nor rice with cheese.
@jvallas no it wouldn't I never said for a long time or how long for, it wouldn't be overcooked if you know what your doing yours would be wet and disgusting on one side .. by preference maybe some people like you prefer that but not everybody we all have individual ways and allowed to have a opinion it doesn't force you to copy the next person it's not a deep issue
