INGREDIENTS:
Cake Base:
- 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर)
- 1/2 Cup Curd (दही)
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
- 1/4 Cup Oil (तेल)
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts (अख़रोट)
- 1 Cup Carrot (गाजर)
Frosting:
- 1/4 Cup Butter (मक्ख़न)
- 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese (क्रीम चीज़)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar (आइसिंग शुगर)
- 1-2 Drops Orange Food Color (नारंगी रंग)
- 1-2 Drops Green Food Color (हरा रंग)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min.
- OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 35-40 min.
