Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake with Caramel Sauce | No Maida, No Oven Recipe ~ The Terrace Kitchen
[PRODUCTS USED]

[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 175°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 15-20 min.
[INGREDIENTS]
Cake:
1 Overripe Banana
3/4 Cup Milk
4 Tbsp Ghee/Butter
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka aata)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Soda
1/4 Chopped Walnuts
1 Tsp Vinegar/Lemon Juice
Some Choco chips
Caramel Sauce:
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Cup Milk
A pinch of Salt

Great recipe, I used dates (blended with hot milk) with the bananas and jaggery powder instead of refined sugar, turned out well 😊 Added a pinch of salt and coffee too Good thing about the recipe is that we can test for the sweetness in the batter before baking it and adjust sweetness accordingly unlike recipes involving egg

Hi Priyanka, I tried ur mushroom manchurian recipe with minor changes & it turned out amazing...tx for a keeper..I love baking cakes & tx for posting atta cake as these r healthier ...would also request u to post few cakes/cookies using jaggery powder, dates, oats flour, jowar flour, almond flour etc as many children don't eat all these easily....can v use jaggery powder in this cake instead of white sugar ? Tx a lot

Made this one yesterday, tasted good . Wasn't very light though . Remained little wet in some parts may be due to banana or I should have baked a more minutes. But a good nutritious , filling, easy recipe
