Wow... This recipe is bomb 🔥 I tried this out with a slight modification. I substituted 1/2 cup coconut oil (as I was not having it) with 1/4 cup milk + 1/4 cup ghee and added jaggery powder instead of coconut sugar. I was surprised by how perfectly this came out... So fudgy and chocolaty. You will never know it's made of wheat and not refined flour... 😄

Wonderful recipe I made with double the quantity and sunflower oil coz I didn't have Virgin coconut oil. Baking time took 5mts more in my LG microwave. Very tasty 🥳🥰

Looks delicious! I want to try with coconut oil but have doubt whether it will have its flavour. I have cold pressed coconut oil but it has a its own strong flavour. Suits well for curries. Is virgin coconut oil a different one? How to get a neutral one?
Hey ma'am! I just baked your brownie..but it hasn't got a brownie texture even after baking for around 25 mins ! It's very soft right now. I just checked with a fork and nothings sticking onto it. So I guess it's done baking..will it harden once it cools down ? Was so excited to try this brownie recipe..but somehow the batter consistency was also slightly different even after following the exact measurements and steps
