For all you coffee lovers, I have the perfect recipe for you! This eggless coffee-walnut cake is super soft and fluffy. oh and that kick of coffee and bite from the walnuts- SO good!

INGREDIENTS :
1 + ½ cups (180g) all purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 cup (285g) yogurt
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
¾ cup (150g) castor sugar
½ cup (120mL) vegetable 0il
1 teaspoon (5mL) Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp coffee powder + 2 tbsp hot water
1/4 cup (63g) crushed walnuts

@@BakeWithShivesh hey shivesh, can u please tell me reason behind when I always make coffee make it is perfect from outside but remains under from inside even when I use toothpick to check it. It is clear. It only happens with my coffee cake only not any other cake. I have made red velvet ,chocolate, vanilla cake, they turned out perfect. Thank u. Lots of love to u and ur channel.

This is the best coffee walnut cake I’ve ever had! So moist, so fluffy, and so so perfectly balanced taste wise! Would recommend everyone to try this, along with Shivesh’s homemade cream cheese frosting! It is to die for 😍

Omg, I tried this cake yesterday (with added cocoa powder) and made the cream cheese frosting fresh... AND IT WAS BRILLIANT. I mean the frosting was the right amount of smooth and grainy... divine.... thank you sssooo much... my first ever cake, n it was sssooo scrumptious

Made this twice. The cake has awesome texture, its light and spongy. Coffee flavour was very mild, hence put almost 4 tbsp of coffee powder with 2 tbsp water second time around. Now it's perfect!!

Hii.. I made this cake on the occasion of Rakshabandhan for my brother squad.. It turned to be super soft and fluffy, the soda and dahi mixture added super fluff. Hi Shivesh i tried baking dis cake widout icing. Looks awesum. Few queries.. If i reduced d quantity to half wht shd b d baking powder n soda quantity n baking tym 2.Y d crack on d cake 3. After switching off u take out aftr how long 4. If i kp two same cakes but dffrnt quantity lik one half n one full receipe shd both b baked for same tym oderwise hw do i open d oven in d middle
