When we make brownie with eggs, the eggs provide some leavening. With eggless brownie recipes, using a little bit of baking powder or soda helps with the texture and it doesn't become too dense.

Hi, Raw sugar is Khand. You can replace it with regular white sugar.

You can use regular refined sugar or brown sugar instead of Jaggery.
