Eggless Pecan Cupcakes 

Did you know that you can make cupcakes WITHOUT eggs?! 🥚❌😱
Our #NutfruitRecipe for Eggless Pecan Cupcakes is a quick-prep treat which showcases the legendary pecan’s divine taste profile - just as it deserves! 👑
INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract, or to taste
METHOD
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
2️⃣ Line a cupcake tin with paper liners, coating liners with butter.
3️⃣ Combine brown sugar, pecans & flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre.
4️⃣ Fold butter & vanilla into the centre of the mixture, stirring until batter is well mixed.
5️⃣ Spoon batter into the liners, filling each cup to 2 thirds.
6️⃣ Bake 20-25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
7️⃣ Enjoy!
