Eggman takes a trip to New York City to transform the Empire State into the Eggman Empire State. Along the way, Eggman visits the Nintendo NYC Store, Times Square, and ultimately attempts to take over the Sonic Symphony once again!

According to some people it's kind of a scam. A bunch of people dress up as mascots and then they run into other people's pictures so the people who are taking the pictures have to pay the other mascots too. Very on brand for Disney.
