Honestly it's VERY cathartic to just straight up yell at intrusive thoughts, even if it doesn't make them go away. It feels good to outwardly acknowledge that they're messed up and you don't want them. This absolutely has the potential to cause problems in public spaces.

This is me when I see someone say a video game (or something in the video game) ‘ruins friendships’, lol. Mario Party comes to mind. :’) It’s mostly Mario Kart fans ranting about the Blue Shell online, though.
Anna Gunn’s performance as Skyler in this scene is phenomenal. You can just feel her frustration with everything she and Walt have done and everything she was forced to do crashing down on top of her, and Marie has absolutely no idea. It’s honestly kind of chilling how real it feels.
