INGREDIENT:
1 eggplant
Cut into small pieces
Water
Salt
Soak for 10 mins then wash well
Squeeze well
Onion 4 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Mix well
Fry until golden brown medium flame
