Hello. So I just came across your page and I appreciate the content. I’m type 2 new onset ( obesity ) and I’m getting my weight under control. Lost a total of 50 pounds so far. 50 more to go. Question, on your graph. Do you usually have 70-80mg before a meal? Lately I get these crashes at around 80-90 and I feel like Ima pass out? Not sure if that’s normal. Thanks for the vids
What did you eat from Chick-fil-A? How was it similar in macro nutrients ratios. And for example, if you ate in proportionate, a biscuit which had the equivalent amount of carbohydrates and also a sausage will have the equal amount of proteins and fats. wouldn’t adversely impact you what causes this is it the preservatives in the food?
Did you get eggs and grilled chicken. That’s only fair to try to have the same thing. We know they don’t have bacon but grilled chicken is better than the breaded.

Thats the crazy part about it there is no way if you been eating well that you're blood sugar go up that high.. its justa normal response to your pancreas, its not use to all that much carbs, especially when you're eating healthy all the time, our body is build to adjust. Its hard if you wanna go down yo low levels if you been eating bad for a long period of time. But its possible
