I have a friend at school and we would always armwrestle when we see eachother, 3 years ago I used to always beat him but then a year later he'd always win, then a year ago we have been winning and losing left and right but this year he had a massive growth spurt and is now always beating me. Auden is just slightly stronger than Gabriel in these lifts, but the strength gap is definitely way bigger because of Auden's poor leverage with his long arms.
My arm starts to open here. I guess I need a bit more static strength. Also I pull on Fridays and then do this on Monday. Might just not be enough time to recover but If I do this on Tuesday or later I won't recover in time for Friday lol. Not sure what to do. Maybe I am pulling a little too hard on the table on Friday's.

Does it matter that Gabriel had the cupping implement the opposite way as Auden? Most of the pressure was going into his index instead of pinky fingers. Maybe they just left it up to choice, whichever you felt stronger with
Devon says it makes no difference. As long as it actually breaks off the ground it counts so theoretically you want it to be as little as possible to conserve energy
Lower volume, you're probably training every day like devon, treat your riser lift, and more specially, when you go for a max on your riser like a deadlift but for your hand, you should also be doing a variation of riser where it's not static so you can induce hypertrophy for your riser, that shoukd help you break your old pr
Yeah, you got a point, Devon has once shown how to do it properly and there he was cracking his wrist even backwards a little to probably load more weight on the pronation, it really makes a lot of difference I can say. However back pressure is always used in these excesses of Devon, you simply target the other muscles too (As far as I know)
