The Temple of Amun in Luxor or South Opet is an Egyptian temple dedicated to the worship of Amun. Located in the heart of ancient Thebes, it was mainly built during the 18th and 19th dynasties. It was dedicated to the dynastic god Amon in his two aspects of celestial Amon-Re and Amon-Min.
