Ok mythbuster told it wrong. He shot at his wife. It hit the tree. His wife left him. Years later he went to cut the tree down. The chain hit the bullet and the bullet shot out and hit him and killed him. It was also on beyond belief fact or fiction. It was fact

It would take roughly 2- 3 hours by a very precise machine. They test each configuration out before putting it out in the casino. If it is too heavy to be brought down, they can't use it. Whatever coin structure they create HAS to have a chance for a win. The International Gaming Commission regulates these. The Casinos can make it difficult, but they can't put up something that nobody can win. The house will make its money from the gamblers who don't purchase enough to do the job and give up. They make their money on the casual gamblers. Those gamblers are the majority.

This was cool!! First pyramid falling, then a cascade of "Georges" falling! I would have Jeremy rapid fire for the gold, you have to keep a constant flow of quarters behind it to keep it moving so it doesn't have a chance to slide backwards. The bullet could be a rim fire bullet meaning it has no primmer all you have to do is hit the rim of the bullet hard and it will fire so when it hit the chainsaw blade it went off

The projectile from a bullet is soft metal and the chainsaw blade is harden steel. The chainsaw would cut the projectile into small pieces. It would be EPIC if the blade could hit the projectile perfectly to allow it to exit the tree in the same as it entrance. However, the projectile would have deformed when entering the tree at such a high rate of speed. The tree would begin healing the entrance hole and the deformed projectile would not exit the hole in tack. IT IS BUSTED

the story you shared about the bullet in the tree and the chainsaw.....the actual factual story goes like this.... the man was a wife abuser she being mad and fed up got his pistol and shot at him, the bullet went past him into the tree behind him...he of course got mad...walked up to her backhanded her and took the gun away then hit her with that as well....she got away went to the police and turned him in, since she now had marks on her face to prove it....he got arrested and she moved out while he was in jail....when he got out of jail he got home to find she had left him...him being mad, took his gun to the backyard...shot the same tree she had hit and the bullet hit the bullet that was already in the tree bounced off that and hit him in the chest...he died...during the autopsy they discovered the bullet came from his gun so they ruled it a suicide thinking he had shot himself.

It's ossible but highly highly unlikely. First does the chain go counter clockwise or clockwise. 2nd can a shard of material be sent backwards at a rate of 400pfps or more for But #fiction

Jeremy, there is no way the chain saw could either throw the projectile, or even abstract it from the tree. The lead woul be mingled or fixed in the wood. Chances of the chain hitting the bullit, would be 10,000 to 1. you are totally correct..lol

Jeremy and George, I live in Oregon and the spotted owl is on the endangered list. This was very upsetting to the loggers as they needed that lumber to be cut down so they could feed their families. So, the people trying to protect the owls put metal spikes in the trees so if the loggers cut the trees, the spikes would hit the chain saws and actually either cause damage to the equipment but, mostly would cause bodily injury and even some deaths. So yes, metal can cause injury or death when using a chain saw if it hits metal. The spotted owl issue was about 20 or 30 years ago. If you are interested in learning more about the spotted owls issue I'm sure you can google spotted owls issue in Oregon. I don't usually take the time to explain like this. I hope you found my comment useful. I'm a fairly new subscriber and have enjoyed your channel so far. I'm glad that you guys try to return personal items to the people that previously owned the contents of the locker. Thanks for helping them. George, I have to take thyroid medicine for the rest of my life. It isn't a big deal. But, of course, you still have to keep eye out for more cancer. I'm truly sorry that both of you are having to deal with medical issues. Thank goodness you have your neighbors to take your mind off some of the more serious stuff. LOL!

by the way I agree with Jeremy the chainsaw will cut through steel and stone without throwing them (my dad was a logger and cut down thousands of trees per month) so soft metals like copper and lead will never be thrown

# fiction, but as a pilot for a hospital aero-med service for 23 years, I have seen strange ways people get hurt. A lawn mower flung a small wire into the chest of a child 25 feet away causing near death event. As Jeremy said though lead is soft and the chance of it being propelled by a chainsaw is far fetched. It is likely. If it works like a sling it could kill someone that way. The right moment when the tree is cut. Gets the bullet lose. Then the bullet flys out of the tree. I heard the same story but i heard that the speed of the blade and the angle that the bullet was hanging out the tree allowed the blade to whack it hard and fast enough to cause it to lodge in his throat or something
