(EH400K,V1000,V2000) WACS Software Configuration Part 1 HTME_SK 

Step 1: Prepare the controllers. Refer the online manual from hanwha-security.com
Step 2: Provide the IP Address for the Controller
Step 3: The HOST IP for the controller should be same IP as the ACS Server where the WACS Software is installed.
Step 4: Apply the setting and wait to reconnect with the Actual IP address set in Step 1
Step 5: Ensure the FTP is enabled and Interval is set to 20 sec. Give a Domain name as hanwha.com
Step 6 : Check System Status and ensure all the controllers and sub controllers are active and green.
If not , then click re-discover to discover the sub-controllers/Reader boards(V100).
