I sleep ALONE, that's the reality for many people. Just make sure you have a routine that people know so that if you miss it people will check up on you.

Wilma, I think that staying in abroad alone is fine becos over there their emergency systems work. If anything happen and u call ambulance, few seconds it will come, u call police, fireservice etc few seconds, they will come to your aid. But is not like dat in our Ghana here so is not good to stay alone.

You are right but, it's not in all situations you can pick a phone to make a call you may go unconscious or even faint so you need someone always around you in case of these eventualities.
In advance countries lots of people have their own bedrooms, those in the long distance marriage sleeps alone. We sleep with God the father, son and the Holy Spirit🙏🏾
