Mumbai's population = approximately 20 million. India's population = 1.3 Billion= 1300 million. Mumbai's share = 1/65 th of India's population which is nearly 1.5% of India's population. 1.5% of the 1 million dead Indian smokers is 15000. 15000÷22= about 682 So Azeem, or as I would say, Mr Fuckin Genius Engineer, there would be a whopping 682 more cars being a part of the traffic!
