EICMA 2022: QJ Motor 4K
This is my video of the QJ Motor stand at the EICMA 2022 motorcycle show in Milan, Italy. It's not a manufacturer I was familiar with before last year's show. They have a lot of bikes, that, well, look like a lot of bikes. There weren't many folks around to ask, so I've shown a few key models, though you might see them and think of another. Even some of the colour schemes are strikingly familar.
It was pointed out to me that QJ Motor is Benelli in the UK, which is why some are more familiar than others. QJ is the parent company.
I will be uploading videos from several other stands over the next few days from the EICMA 2022 motorcycle show if you'd like to see some more of the show.

QJMotors 2 cylinder bikes sound really good, they sound like a 4 cylinder bike.

The company that own and build the Benelli range, massive company which is part of the Geely group, and they own Volvo and Lotus and the company that builds London taxis

I think in the UK they will be branded as Benelli, the adventure bikes are pretty much the TRK's

QJ have a tie up with Suzuki. The 650 you looked at clearly has the VStrom 650 V twin engine.... which is no bad thing. Nice to see coverage of some less 'main stream' brands.

The SRC 500 is EXACTLY the same bike as the Benelli Imperiale 400 with an update on the engine. I believe the Benelli version will be along soon! Interestingly, the new 500 has aluminium rims, steel spoked wheels but tubeless tyres.

Looks like QJ Motor are throwing everything they can think of against the wall, to see if anything sticks. Those 800cc adventure bikes looked interesting, but, is there a dealer network, or parts supply chain? I doubt it.

QJ Motor is (I think) mostly for the Chinese domestic market. They have other brands for international sales. Perhaps the most common over here is Benelli which has a fairly wide dealer network in the UK.

I know. My head is spinning 🤣. I missed one clip from the Kove video, and then thought I had only 34 to do, so was nearly finished. ‘Turns out I have 38 to do, so instead of staying up late for the last 2, I went to bed and will finish the last 6 today. Then I’m done.
