750 grams Mutton
1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
4-5 Green chillies
2 bay leaf
1 stick cinnamon
3 green cardamom
4 cloves
10-12 black pepper
1 black cardamom
1 medium sized onion
half leamon juice
2 tbsp crushed fennel seed powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp salt
half cup coriander + mint leafs
750 grams basmati rice
half cup cooking oil
2 medium onions
4-5 Green chillies slit
1 Ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
8-10 black pepper
some chopped coriander + mint leafs
2-3 tbsp Desi ghee
1 tbsp kevera water
2 Pinch food colour
