In this video, I show you how to make authentic Afghani Pulao. I start by blending whole spices to create a flavorful Afghani Pulao spice mix. After tenderizing the meat, I fry julienned carrots and raisins with oil and sugar. Then, I cook the soaked rice and meat together with the prepared yakhni and spice mix. Finally, I top the dish with the fried carrots, raisins, and some almonds, and let it steam until fully cooked. The result is a fragrant, delicious pulao that brings the taste of Afghan cuisine right to your home. Enjoy! 😋
