The songs in this album (except for Mia and Lanzhu) are all based on the film festival arc in the bond stories from the game. They were each asked to make a song promoting the movie of a certain club for the festival. I realized not a lot of people know the context and why the sudden genre change so I'll provide summary of them here for every upload. (And no, they did not shuffle genres) Shizuku: Theater Club Movie: Set in the final years of Japan's Edo period. A group of samurai come together to protect their town from inhuman monsters. Song: A majestic song about the samurais fighting on despite the whims of fate. Discord: discord.gg/Cfk3mdtbjP
I think the genre changes are brilliant. They show the range each character has while still keeping the tone and themes relevant to their character but also showing how far each of them have come.
it isn't really surprising for Shizuku to change genres often.. in fact i'd be more surprised if she didn't. Though one thing in common in all her songs, including the azuna songs, they all have theatrical vibes in them despite being different genres.
I was just looking for this song full version and lyrics few hours and found nothing, thanks for uploading Probably my fave song from the latest album I saw the notification and instantly clicked
It's samurai themed. 10 of the solo songs from the new album (except mia and lanzhu's songs) are all based on the film festival arc in the game. They each get to make songs to promote a certain club's movie for the festival. Shizuku's in this case is promoting the theater club's movie, which is about some ghostbusting samurai.
I dunno like I wasn't sure of the opening but as soon as it hit the chorus I couldn't stop spamming replay! I think this song just speaks to the two spirit (gender fluid) in me and yes I'm Native American, I can use that term. To me, it's about girls fighting but also just about going through life something everyone can relate and it's okay to break down cuz that's part of fighting and winning eventually. So it's empowering to girls and also has that life message that anyone of any gender can relate to.
I honestly love the opening, but the chorus just falls off with me I actually LOVE Anata no Risou no Heroine and Yagate Hitotsu no Monogatari, but Eieisa and Audrey are just there for me, pretty hit or miss with me
@Cosmic Clouds I just really dislike her character, idk, rubs me the wrong way, I don't like how her relationship with Kasumi goes and honestly her whole spy arc just felt really annoying and unnecesary to me, her songs on the other hand never catched on me at all, I would listen to them the first time and never felt the need to listen to them ever again. However EiEiSa is one of the best songs in this album, on my top 3 among Ye Mingzhu and ItsuDatte For You, which are my best girls' solos, so I really really REALLY like EiEiSa
