Oh yes, definitely!! There are a lot of exhibits when you’re walking around & the ninja shows looked family friendly & fun! I’m sure you could guess what they are saying! Lots of little activities for families & children & the people working in costumes were very nice! Lots of non Japanese speaking tourists were there when I visited, in fact I would say it was mostly tourists visiting when I went!!
