So recently my aunt died of cancer and covid unexpectedly, and I didn’t cry at her funeral, I cry alone because I don’t wanna worry my parents but when I watched this movie I just let out this SOB, anyways really good movie
This was a type of movie my mom always just tossed into the TV because it was animated. Looking back at the movie I realized how hard it hit with my issues now, I highly recommend Eight Crazy Nights, though don't watch it if you hate problematic stuff.
Idk why but this scene makes me think of my mom who's passed from cancer 4 years ago and my first son you never know what you truly have until it's gone forever and all you have is pictures and memories that hit you in waves almost every day i can relate to this scene too well I'm such a hardened person i never cried for anything just bottle it up and use it to work harder
I just showed this movie to my son and was like this is my favorite song! Like Dylan and Cole Sprouse are the cute nutcracker kids. "Remember big daddy, they do the voice for those cuties." When the card opens and his parents start singing, I'm like crying to myself. I love this movie.
Had a falling out with a close friend from 1st yr college and while grieving this song came up in my mind and i don't know whether i should cry or laugh because Eight Crazy Nights was our first inside joke. So uh. Yeah I'm breaking into the local mall to have therapy with the Foot Locker guy
I love this movie , my mom passed away over 10 years ago and ive lost alot of family and friend's to where i bottled all my emotions out then either watch this movie or naturally when im by myself i let all the emotions out and a tissues
@@vanguard6498 because for most situations in which you give someone a card it's one in which you don't often see the person. Like Christmas cards aren't things you give your kids really, more like an uncle you never see.
@@respectfullyrazerian2154 yeah i admit the way i said my question had davey stone in mind. Just saying i thought giving cards during the holidays was universal no matter your religion
The RadioShack walkie talkie is voiced by Blake Clark (who's been in a few other Adam Sandler films) and the recently deceased Carl Weathers (Apollo Creed from Rocky) voiced the GNC guy (R.I.P.❤)
the only thing i could say about what happened at the skating ring that day whitey was kinda bringing up something that Davey asked not to be brought up so whitey kinda deserved being yelled at for that
