"If the absence of a single person causes the workflow to break down, then it's the organization that's at fault." is probably the most true thing I've ever heard, speaking as a business owner. If a business can't function with the lack of a single employee, the owner is 100% at fault.
@@marloncastanares1195 Many businesses only thrive due to how they are run, and in this case, the employees are not the largest part of the equation, it's not uncommon to hear that after the owner of a business retires or die, and they pass down their companies to their kids, the company in question goes bankrupt, this usually happens to restaurants. One MASSIVE example of this is Ubisoft, at some point they were one of the largest and most profitable gaming companies, but money investors started pressing the CEO to make more money and "less" games, so he obliged, and even tho the CEO still the same, he is now a "puppet" for the investors/shareholders, (you could say that the original CEO is now "dead"), because of that, Ubisoft slowly started to sink, and now it's sinking faster than Titanic.
Boss: I’m gonna need you to come in and work because the place couldn’t functioning without you. Me: If the absence of a single person causes the workflows to break down then it shouldn’t be called an organization.
Yet it's the most developed one, by anime and light novel. The other girls are well developed too but anime cut them short and it looks like he's magnetting girls left and right @@yonathanyoestar280
@@memes4life26 Hestia: Bell have been the only one who choose her as his goddess Lily: he save her and treat her like equal Haruhime: Well he literally was her hero Eina: is the less obvious but, don't feel wrong after all they have pass a lot of time together Ais: the same like Eina, just say, Ais want to be stronger and bell became strong really fast, so she admire him Lion: they fallen together in hell and have nothing but the company of the other... fighting against the most dangerous monster in the dungeon
Producer must be a woman considering how flawlessly they were able to write up/portray a woman's reaction like this in such situations. It's scary how realistic it is.
If we get a DanMachi Season 5. We might see an angry Eina Tulle again. Because in the Novel Freya charmed almost everyone in the city to forget their memories of Bell Cranel. The reason why Eina would be really angry is because she was charmed not once but twice to forget about Bell. Freya took her private journal. Which has all of the times that she spent with Bell. Including the moment where Eina stopped seeing Bell as a little brother and a young boy. Started to see him as a love interest and a young man. After Freya's charm was lifted by Hestia. Misha tried to get her advice. But Eina was long gone. Being beyond furious and started to charge to Freya's home. It's a shame we don't see Eina going up to Freya and demanding her private journal back. Also in a distant season 6. We can see Eina being a bit upset with Ryuu Lion confessing her love for Bell when it was streamed live during the War Game against the Freya Familia. Also being upset when her little sister Nina Tulle starts to get close to Bell.
Honestly, that’s one of the major reasons why Eina is definitely one of the best fits for Bell. She was willing to actually confront Freya, not caring one bit on how bloodthirsty that simp of a familia is towards her.
@@izzy_theog9658 Asuna loves Kirito too much she find kirito in other universe Re zero Danmachi Magi (they are not cp in magi but they are both quite important character)
Sorry but SPOILER ALERT I mean it this will spill a big one unless u have read the loght novel syr is actually freya in disguise. Syr was actually a nickname freya has as the norse god, as well as the nickname frigg.
@@ytw101 bro anyone with an attention span can piece that together in literally the first season lmao. The magic book Freya has is given to bell through Syr, then Freya says "i was only gonna watch him, but I ended meeting him directly", also Freya and syr are never in one scene together cause syr suspiciously is nowhere around when Freya is plotting something. Finally, Syr says "I was watching the fight" when bell fought the monster in town, but we see it was Freya watching the fight.
Sadly, when I think of those 2 all I hear is the abridged versions voices so I didn't link them together until I read the comment section here. And I just can't imagine Bell telling people that their God is right here and he's fresh out of mercy.
@@zfighter2.094 yeah but.... The Miyamura that Bell's voice actor is isn't in the actual anime but in the OVA to be precise Note: in the OVA of Horimiya, Hori's voice actor at that time is the same as Raphtalia and Kugisaki
I remember reading this in the Novel and this is EXACTLY HOW I IMAGINED HER. Just infuriated with no regard for anyone and even telling off her Team Lead and scathing everyone in the guild! Hilarious!!
Eina snapping at her team leader reminds me of when my previous manager asked me to extend 15 more days on my exit day at the company stating they didn't hire my replacement. I asked back "Is that my fault? I turned in my notice 3 months ago as per company policy."
I was just thinking back on this exact moment like 30 mins ago lol. I thought it was such a sweet, lovely, and darling moment, especially with the teasing and playful cheers from people around them and Eina's blushing reaction.
