If you want to visit it yourself, the Eisenhower Memorial is located on Independence Ave SW, just south of the National Air and Space Museum. It's easily accessible by Metro (by the L'Enfant Plaza stop) or by foot. Parking nearby is just street parking and many roads have rush hour restrictions.
