I have absolutely no excuses for this vid other than that I'm super obsessed with them and I couldn't stop myself from making this when I thought of them with this song. By now you should all know that there's no stopping me from vidding my ship of two people who are each other's second chance at love (or the person who shows them what real love is) and who are helped out by the universe along the way. Plus, this song is just so freaking perfect for them. It fits their whole storyline so well. They've finally stepped into the daylight, let go of their past heartbreak, and have found true happiness in each other.
Btw, I wanted to mention that I'm not pretending that Gina's line about Carlos ("I always know where I stand with him, which is more than I can say for most boys at this school.") is about EJ in context. I used it here to show both her issues with Ricky (him not telling her where they stood, especially after he stopped having romantic feelings for her) and how meaningful it was when EJ did clarify where they stood by asking Gina out on a date.
