He doesn't care anymore because he is older , Doesn't need to prove something like a kid . Being paid while talking about basketball will make you make fun of yourself too 😂
@@jamesgand828 Never understand why guys like Shaq and Jordan can't take a joke, but guys like Magic and Russell and Kareem can. They're all multi-time champions, so competitiveness can't be it.
Dominique is the perfect kind of player that would be included on Inside the NBA, all time great who's pretty charismatic Plus, he's got history with Chuck P
I love it when players like these remember their battles, their wins and defeats with humor ! That's the game all about... that's how we love basketball!
It's just amazing how fast he was and how high he could jump despite having such a wide frame. It was that athleticism and body (plus long arms)that allowed him to be 6'4 dominant power forward (listed as 6'6). Amazing.
I've never seen someone so protective of the ball as Charles Barkley. He just got frantic when he got it and went into hyperspeed and wouldn't let anyone else touch it.
@@Prebound_ only reason I watch and listen to the hawks broadcasting he’s a joy to listen too wish more players did that for their respective teams after they retire
Best dunker and known strictly for dunking would be Vince. Dominque was very good......but he saved his best for the Dunk Contests. Kemp would be 3rd in line because when that boi got biggggggggggg, oh HE GOT BIG !! After Dream Team 2 - Wha Happoned ?
I noticed in the past that players on TNT like McGrady didn't seem to respect Dominique when he spoke but the man deserves a lot of respect he was a great player
Champ8 Champy im a lifelong cavs fan, been a ticket holder long before there was a LeBron James. But Dominique was and still is the best I've seen. The closest to him in terms of just doing everything is LeBron James. Its a crime they left him off the 50 greatest list smh, he's a hall of famer but still doesn't get the respect he deserves.
Spider Sense Nope, he was definitely left off the original 50 greatest list. you should be able to find a video on RU-vid when they held the 50 greatest ceremony, and Dom wasn't there. He did however have the support from players, coaches and fans who felt he should've been back in 96-97. What's crazy is Tim Duncan was on the list pretty much fresh outta college, Shaq career was still young too. And Dom had already scored over 20 thousand points. They both deserve being on the list Duncan and Shaq, but in 96-97 it was unfair to Dom.
Worst Day of my life, was in grade Ten. Always wore Hawks and Dominique shirts to school, day after that trade, I opened my gym locker, my "buddies" put pictures of Danny Manning all over the inside. Believe that was the year MJ retired, and Hawks had best record in the East and real good chemistry on that team.
" I can only dunk on Fridays" ... "It takes me a week to warm up" lmao ... no one on the set got the joke though .... they're used to Kenny rambling on about Hakeem and being a hater..
Dominique and Chuck are of the golden years when the NBA was for men ...........Shaq is the transitions of last golden years NBA to the new ballerinas ( lebron , curry , rose , Green , De rozen , etc etc )
Dominique Wilkins without question, was/is the best in NBA history, at following his own shot, he would catch his defender sleeping, and use that incredible athletic ability, to put the miss in the hole...
