Paul from fab rats is pretty good at trail fixes, but Rory is genius. I think he enjoyed this more than the trail ride.

Impressive. I’ve watched a number of videos from the RU-vidrs recovery guys and gals. One thing is evident…they’ll always stop and help other people out. Says a lot about their character. Nice job Rory and crew. Great camera work by all involved.

I swear I am going to click on this channel one day, and see Rory and Trail Mater completely upside down driving with one hand and holding his phone with the other. He'll be saying, 'OK NASA. Stay right where you are, and I'll have your Mars Rover back on its wheels before you know it. Do you need me to call in at the Moon on the way back and collect that Hasselblad camera you left there ? No problem.'

Rory you make the Escalator look easy like it is another regular day. I loved the ending when you decided to show people why you are one of the best going up the obstacle backwards keep being you. I will say watching TrailMater doing front digs is something I really enjoy because I don't know of that many vehicles that can do that. The only other one is the Moorvair Keep up the great work

I just wanna say I wish there was a part 2 to this video showing Rory finishing out the ride and taking on more obstacles and riding for a longer amount of time just to show everyone with him the skills this man has It is so cool to see the intimidation in other riders and how funn he makes the trip no negativity just happy to help and ride 🤝

I’m surprised that everyone doesn’t try to do a trail ride with you. All your knowledge of how to do the trail and the added security that if you breakdown help isn’t far behind or in front. Great video Rory.

That was *THE* best video I've seen yet! And I don't mean just on *your* channel, but out of all the others like Fab Rats, MORR... and many more that were present in this video! You're a better man than me Rory. I'm a mechanic by trade, and every time I go wheeling I end up mechanicing on everything. It has taken all the fun out of it, so I've basically given up.

Nobody better to have a long on a trail ride than Rory. The most prepared guy out there with the skills to do something about it. We all know you weren't getting those tools back to Matt, we know he doesn't care any, 😂.

Trail blazing rock crawling all the way. The combined knowledge, combined rigs and jeeps all come together to make a perfect day out on the rocks. I never imagined two years ago after watching one of Matt’s off-road recovery’s that I would get to witness so much fun coupled with so much experience in one place - RU-vid. Is there anyone you’d rather have on a trail ride with you than Rory. If it’s broken he’ll fix it. If he can’t fix it, he’ll tow you home. And he even fills in with the stand up routine when Mike is not there. 😀. And going up backwards without a spotter while casually talking on a cell phone … priceless!

This really shows the difference between an off-roader with a RU-vid channel, and a RU-vidr with an off-road channel.

It's got to be a good feeling for anybody on a trail ride when they see Rory and trail mater join them. You have to know that if you break anything your chances of getting out of there, either by repair or tow, increase by 100%! Awesome job as usual Rory!

Think it's pretty kool that you've done the trails around there so often doing recoveries that you can do better without a spotter than many can with a spotter
