We got to hang with Matt and his crew at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab . What a fun bunch. Matts off road recovery, BleepinJeep, BSF recover team, Robby Layton, trail mater, Thanks again to Matt for letting us hang out.
I guess you guys didn't get the memo re gravity and three ton steel machines, did you? Crazy..... brilliant, but stone cold crazy... Wish I had the opportunity!
In Moab I run 14 psi and they are 37” Mickey Thompson Baja TA you can go down to 8 psi but it losses to much ground clearance and doesn’t add that much traction.
Let us be honest. No one who plays in the rocks and sand,(or mud) cares too much about the longevity of their engines, drive train, or body! If they did, they would keep them in their garage and never take them out!
The red JL has 98,000 miles on it and runs great. The smoke is because the 3.6 needs a catch can on the pcv valve instead of putting it back in the intake.
